"It’s a small hotel with boutique vibes, which we really liked – it felt personal, friendly and welcoming rather than corporate. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent – around 10 minutes from Hammersmith and the tube station – but set in a quiet, safe area so you’re away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Overall, a really pleasant stay and great value for London. Would definitely recommend!"

On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."
