"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. "It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"Clean atmosphere"

"I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️"

"It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"
