"Great location basic but clean. Rooms are small and many have no window. Never the less we have stayed twice and would stay again it’s a nice quirky place to stay in a great location"

"Very convenient location. Budget . Cocoon design no window. Slept well cos room is down the hall, very quiet. Booked Two twin beds . Lack amenities like hangers , hooks and hairdryer. But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage"

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"Overall a very good hotel. Lighting system in rooms very confusing. I would have liked lobby coffee in the morning and an earlier start to breakfast (currently 7 am). Breakfast buffet is good. Small hotel cafe mediocre at best."

"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean. Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning. Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs. Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street. Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny which sometimes cause long wait time. "
