"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."

"We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget...
