"Lovely clean tidy hotel that looks like it's just been recently updated, the rooms are really nice also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The staff were friendly helpful and very attentive.
Close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the town, plenty of places to dine, shop and have a drink.
Definitely will be going here again and would recommend this hotel.

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months.
Breakfast was great ample choice.
However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"Overall we had a lovely time. The place is just looking a bit tired and old fashioned. The decor is a mishmash of themes with some questionable colour choices and looking a bit rough round the edges. However finding a hotel that accommodates dogs is fantastic and location is great. Staff are friendly and you can tell thy work hard.

"We turn up the place was derelict as a sign on the door saying go to the Colton hotel and there wasn’t any space in the Carlton. I was with my four-year-old daughter. I then had to book another hotel to stay in Bournemouth. Absolutely disgusted with the service that I’ve got, I am waiting for a phone call to be Redeemed my money and I want compensate for this. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe it was even allowed to be booked. "
