"I felt this hotel offered great value for money and having access to an indoor pool was a great surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The location is great, with Abbey Park, the seafront and bus stops right on the doorstep."

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months.
Breakfast was great ample choice.
However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"Clean room. Mattress not great very springy and going in all directions and had to ask for a duvet the second night to lie on to get some sleep. This was disappointing
Bar good. Booked for dinner but service was sadly lacking, food ok. Outside balcony good to sit outside and staff table service was good
Spectacular view from the room and may visit again "

"It wasn't very clean. Dirty bed, dirty bathroom, other people's hair everywhere, it felt like they hadn't cleaned or vacuumed.
The food was not delivered on time, we had to ask for even plain water. The staff was busy setting the table and didn't pay attention to anything that wasn't there to eat."

"Fabulously views from sea view room.
Room massive but small bathroom and somewhat dated but ignored wiith fabulous aspect with balcony.
Not clear when booking there was an extra cost for parking. "

"Looks nothing like the photos you see online. Really run down property. Was told I would have a double bed. Was two singles put together. Rock hard bed and pillows. No dressing gowns in the room like shown on photos. Bathroom had toilet roll down it still from previous guest. Dust all over furniture and tv. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Most the bulbs in the room need replacing as they are blown. The windows didn’t shut in the room as they are broken and need attention. Walls are paper...
