"This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. "Overall a lovely stay. Staff were polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was welcoming and fely cosy. Reception, lobby, lounge, library, bar and restaurant were beautiful but the room we were in was a little tired decor wise. I do love the old features and understand it is an old building but some areas needed a little attention."

"Here’s a polished, friendly passage you can use: ⸻ We had a wonderful one-night stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the sauna and steam room due to limited availability, as this would have made our stay even better value. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the great service throughout. We look forward to returning!"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
