"My bed sheet was dirty, when I checked in. The handy worker was not eager to change it, but did it grumbingly. As usual the floor was very dirty. It is always like that, when I use the hotel. The front man told me to wear shoes in my room... There is not ventitalion in the bathroom, so the room get quite humid if you have an inside room. I looked at an outside room, but the window did not close properly, it it was noisy."

"This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but...
