"スタッフの方も皆さん親切で英語が苦手の方の為にも日本語が話せるスタッフも常備しています。外から帰ってくるとロビー内など寒く感じますが薄手の羽織るものがあれば大丈夫です☺️ 客室もキレイですがシャワーヘッドを掛ける金具？が不安定でシャワーを出すとすぐに外れてしまいました。それ以外は満足です( ¯﹀¯ ) "

"My stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise was fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I honestly can’t fault the friendliness, cleanliness, or professionalism of any of the staff — everyone went above and beyond. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience! "Room was spotless and kept very clean & tidy throughout our stay. Loved our balcony overlooking the gardens & harbour. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate breakfast on our day of arrival, it was a specialty Sunday breakfast which cost approximately $90 USD per person. The quality was mediocre. In the survey, we were asked if we enjoyed our free breakfast. We have no knowledge of a free breakfast being available to us so we cannot comment on that. "

"Loved our stay at the premium OWB for our honeymoon. We felt we got VIP service! The room was amazing and looks much better in person compared to the pictures. The hotel is beautiful as well, the beach, reception area. The staff was great. We did not want to leave! The breakfast was also good, however as others have mentioned, there could be more effort done to keep the fruit flies out of the fruits. "
