Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

It was my second vusit at Hoshino. Room is big, beds are bigger than usual other hotels :-) if you are traveling with kids, I highly suggest this place.

Although somehow remotely located from the main street of Tamon, the hotei itself has abundant facilties and offer variety of activities for kids and adult. My grand children (age of 10 and 8) enjoyed various activities in the "WaterPark". They experienced in the WaterPark the surfboarding and body-boarding for the first time. After the first day, they managed to surf on the wave (standing on the board) in the Wave Swimming Pool.

元オンワードを星野リゾートが引き継いでるので老朽化はやむなしですが、工事もしているようで、これから更に新しく生まれ変わるのではないでしょうか。現状でも十分プールは子供たち楽しめていました。ドルが高い今、朝食付きがこれほど有り難いとは！ 本当にありがたいです！！

湿度の高さが原因かも知れませんが部屋がジメジメしてて、ベッドのシーツやカーペットも終始濡れている印象。 朝食のビュッフェは美味しいかったが、韓国人利用者が多く全員マナーが悪い。私達が案内された席を平気な顔して横取りしたり、食べ散らかしたりと同じ空間に居たくない気持ちになった。

毎日日本人スタッフの方がフロントにいて、接客が素晴らしいし安心で良かった。その他の現地スタッフの方達も皆明るくて優しくて良い。朝食が毎日無料で付いてきて、ご飯や納豆も食べられて8日間の旅だったので疲れた胃にとてもありがたかった。 総じて満足したけれど、残念だったのは客室掃除。毎日何かしらのアメニティが足りないもしくは無い、毎日コップ類が新しくされずに放置され、タオルが足りない日もあり、キチンと掃除されてた8日間で1日だけだった。 あと、プール周りの清掃も。毎朝ベランダで朝日を見て癒されていたのだが、お掃除の人が毎日同じ場所の一部の部分だけ（海辺のパーティでご飯が提供される場所）やって終わっているのを見ていた。どおりで他ぎ汚い訳である。 あと、野生のニワトリも何とかして欲しい。いらない。 他は素晴らしいのに、勿体無いと思う。

Towerに宿泊しました。 シャワーが２つあって浴槽にお湯を張りながら、シャワーできるのが良かった。水圧も強めで良かった！ 朝食ビュッフェですが、バリエーションがちょっと物足りないかなと思いましたが味は美味しかったです。 家族に最適なホテルです。

スタッフの対応は、とても良かった。 イベントなども楽しく、有意義でした。 プールも最高でした。スライダーもシングル２種類。浮き輪スライダーも2種類。そして、絶叫好きにはたまらないマンタ。そして、何と言っても流れるプールのコースが長い！人もそこまで多くないので、ゆったり楽しめます。ただ、プールの底面がざらざらしているので、はしゃぎすぎて足の親指の裏をすりむき、擦過傷を負うはめに。 ハッピーアワー。酒好きには、たまりません。ビール、白、泡、赤、ハイボールなど飲み放題。おつまみのポテトチップスやナッツなども食べ放題。 ただ、難点も。とにかく、施設が古い。老朽化が目立ち、お風呂の排水が非常に悪かったです。また、冷蔵庫も全く冷蔵されなく、ただの入れ物でした。 モーニングのメニューが、レパートリーが少ないので、連泊すると朝ごはんは飽きがきます。種類を減らし、連泊客が飽きないようにレパートリーを増やされたらよいのにと思いました。 立地は、街の中心から離れていますが、レンタカーを借りたので行動の幅が広がり、快適に過ごせました。現在、工事中なので、これからアップデートされるのが楽しみです。日本にある星野リゾートとは、程遠いハード面でした。 ともあれ、プール好きの子どもは満足すること間違いなしです！
