I didn’t stay here on those dates. I wasn’t even in KL so there could be something wrong with the system. Rated all 5-stars because I have been there before and it was good then.

This is my first stay in Sunway Putra Hotel, normally I stay at Majestic & Hilton KL Hotel whenever I'm in KL. I must stay that it is a first great experience here.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint.
The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious.
The Wet Deck is another must-visit spot, perfect for leisure or gatherings. Enjoying the spectacular KLCC view from there was...
