One of best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying here at the Sheraton in Petaling Jaya, as a first time staying I was blown away at the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and always attentive, the hotel was very modern and welcoming and the view from my room was spectacular! Will definitely be making this my only place to stay in the future!

Hotel is typical Sheraton so no complaints. However, had to wait more than 1.5 hours for room service order which was then brought up in 3 sub deliveries. Not very helpful switchboard staff to provide solution or updates.

Floor selection inside the hotel lifts requires a PHD in rocket science. The lift maintenance program during my stay, 21 August 2024, exacerbated the lift selection excursion.

Sheraton PJ was excellent - as always. Spacious, spotless and comfortable rooms. Quality amenities were provided. Parking the rental car was a breeze. Check-in staff were professional and efficient. Gym facilities were great and were accompanied by a lovely view. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive - thanks especially to Jo for making us feel so welcome! The hotel is in a good location if you're travelling by car around PJ and KL - really easy access to the Federal Highway. Thanks Sheraton for another enjoyable stay!

Everything is good however to have all lifts to be malfunctioned @ the same time, trapping us in the hotel and missing business appointments is a no go for me. This is the last time i will ever stay in this Sheration Hotel.
