They had private events for three nights where the lobby was packed and very little security. We witnessed a robbery outside the hotel (a suitcase being stolen from a nearby hotel). I found men workers in the women bathroom with no signage on door that they were in there. Ran out of fruit for breakfast

Nice Small Boutique Hotel, we enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful but was a lil disappointed with the size of the suite. Location wise its amazing as Harrods and other shopping options are literally on 10 mins walk.

Not a hotel that deserves 5 stars. Friendly service at check in. But that’s about it. Breakfast was understaffed. A bottle of sparkling wine was promised in the room at arrival. No sign of it. A kind of hotel that wants to be ‘boutique’ but fails completely.
