The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. "The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Entrance to hotel hard to find on the street as its not sign posted except for a small QT up high above your head in one spot. You need to take a lift up to reception, again not sign posted anywhere except in the lift. Room was nice, bed comfy, nice bathroom. Need to take a few stairs to our floor but reception offered to take our luggage up. "

"I really appreciated the friendly concierge staff. One of the concierge's got my room safe to work properly and the whole team was patient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb and the discounted three course dinner was done really well. The rooms just need to be updated a tiny bit, that is the only improvement that I can think of."
