"terrible money grab. they send you on a easter egg hunt to find the key and then the code they give doesn’t work anyway. to top it all of it’s a room in a house share and it’s dirty. the walls have marks all over, it’s in a council estate and you’re sharing a bathroom with 4 other people. it’s awful please do not book this i was so disappointed and they had the cheek to keep my money. nothing like the pictures at all "

"My son and I had a wonderful stay, he is 4 and has lots of energy. The staff were very accommodating and always available if we needed anything. I also use a wheelchair and the staff were always available to assist with holding the door and getting my chair inside or outside.
We loved the location, I felt like everything was so close by. Coffee shops, grocery store, China town, lots of restaurants and theaters and of course public transportation.
Would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival.
