"Great service from the start to finish. Lovely, contemporary hotel. Spacious room with unique styling. Good bathroom with nice big towels and nice toiletries. A hairdryer would have been handy though. Breakfast was nice and relaxed with food choice and quality food - very clean and fresh. Coffee machine not so good - would prefer this to be freshly made and served. A great stay in a convenient location. "

"We stopped for one night as a pit stop to Le Shuttle and to explore London, arrived early sorted an early check in for us and made sure we had air conditioned rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks."

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."

"We felt very safe here with the 24 hour security guards. It is a very busy area being it is attached to the Chelsea stadium, but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive, lots of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distances, the tube is a very close walk to access, the weather was great so there were lots of people enjoying themselves... the entire experience was just a great one and we would stay here again when we return, because we will be coming back!"
