"It was a good stay, but I woke up one morning completely covered in bites (at least 50). Panicked, I asked them to move us to a different room, which they did immediately. When I asked if we could use a washing machine and bug spray for our bags and to wash our clothes in case there were bed bugs, I was met with an extremely rude response. "This place is like some post-irony fever dream. You walk into a lobby where there are two people working at registration but they only point you to. digital kiosk where you click buttons for add-ons. There are a couple of vending machines in the lobby where you can digitally buy water or snacks. Room was cleanish-dingy and feels like living in a closet. "This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The parking is very expensive and is basically parking on the pavement outside the hotel. The hotel itself is dark and dingy, the corridors are black. The restaurant prices are ridiculous, probably due to the extortionate prices, even at peak breakfast time it was empty.
