"Great room, really strong shower. Loads of plug and USB sockets. Really clean. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Tiny niggles were that the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and the portable fan in the room could do with a clean. We'd definitely stay here again. Great location. 10% off in the pub, what's not to like. "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs.
