"The property was great - amazing location and very comfy with plenty of room. Loads of facilities and very clean. Check-in was remote via WhatsApp, but very easy and no problems. We were very fortunate with the price we paid - we looked at coming back again but high season price was a lot more. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and I would very happy stay here again."

"Our stay at Clevelend Residences was very pleasant. Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. "This is our second time staying at the Rosebery. It is clearly one of the nicest options in London. AIR CONDITIONED to US standards - you will be very comfortable! The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and has all modern conveniences. The hotel is literally 30 yards from the Clerkenwell bus stop, which seems to take you everywhere very quickly! There are all sorts of wonderful coffee shops (Nero, Costa, Little Tail), bakeries (Freds, Gails) and cafes within a 5-10 min walk. We will consider the...

"Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."

"The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip"
