"The room and building were lovely, the space was efficient and the staff were fantastic. But unfortunately none of that could overcome the lack of air conditioning. I’m sure that somewhere in the description I could have read about this, but it needs to be in bold and above the fold. It’s simply not a reasonable place to stay in the summer, unfortunately."

We specifically chose the hotel because their description stated multiple times that there was AC.
