"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."

"The room was filthy with mold on the walls, debris on the floor, water stains on the ceilings and water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door. Beyond that, the air conditioning was not working. We specifically chose the hotel because their description stated multiple times that there was AC. The AC was important as we have a medically sensitive child who is unable to regulate her body temperature. With temperatures outside reaching nearly 90 the AC was a medically necessary requirement...
