"This is a newish, really well run, high value for the cost apartment hotel, with kitchenettes, 24 hour lounge, and helpful staff. Location in White Chapel is really excellent. Famous White Chapel Art Gallery is a block and a half away. Movie Theaters, many restaurants easy walk away. Really superb gourmet grocery is just across the street. Famous Brick Lane district is a few blocks further, Only downside is less expensive units were somewhat snug. (We upgraded to larger unit after first night.)...

"Room was very cold even with heating on. Lights are very dark. In winter would have been difficult to use laptop Staff very helpful. Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence. Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “ "
