"Very clean, presentable hotel. Extremely hot room with no air conditioning meant we got very little sleep on a warm day in London. When we got back at midnight, the spotlights in the room turned on automatically and none of our light switches were functional to turn them off (or any other lights on) As guided during check-in, we contacted via WhatsApp but nobody answered. "Great location, great staff. The gentleman called Mohammed who managed the breakfast on my second day was excellent - very helpful, engaging and provided me with tips for my stay (thanks Mo!). The studio rooms are great even for days you just want to stay in - spacious, great views from the windows, you can cook yourself a meal and clean your clothes very easily - brilliant set up. Thanks reception staff for your help in extening my stay!"

"The hotel was in a good location for the bus line to get anywhere in the city. The check-in process was not what I expected to see just to check in 30 minutes early. I was directed to join their online club to be able to check in early which i didn't completely mind since the train ride in from northern UK was about 3 hours. What I didn't like about check-in came after I got to my room which was a handicap assisted room...and they would not change it when requested! The hotel was also right...

"Great location and nice towels are the good attributes of this hotel. Our stay was for 3 nights and for 2 of the nights the power in our room kept going off. We had to walked to the reception desk and report our problem to which they could only temporarily fix the problem. We couldn’t charge our phones or use the kitchen appliances or television. The door key only worked some of the time and needed resetting often. The shower glass has a good size seam that allows water to sock the floor. ...
