"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

"Great staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Particularly the Maitre D at breakfast. Didn’t get his name but he was tall dark handsome and kind. Went out of his way for my family. It’s a beautiful hotel and very quirky. It’s so well placed. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and every room is just stunning! "The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay!
