"The Fontainebleau lived up to the hype! It was very clean, and the pool was amazing! The only complaint I have is that our kids were constantly asked to show IDs on the casino floor. They are young, 21 and 23, so I get it, but they were probably asked 5-8 times a day within a couple of hours each day. It was pretty excessive. Seems like they could get together and realize they have already checked them for the day, as they pretty much stayed on the same game tables and machines the entire time....

"The room was so clean, and the hotel is extremely safe and proper for families. The only downside is that people can smoke in common areas, such as the casino. And you have to cross by there to go to the elevators. This is the worst thing you can see everywhere"

"Great location, but still very quiet and private. Pool is a genuinely relaxing spot - probably the best part of the hotel tbh in terms of facilities. Rooms are big. Housekeeping was random. Some room noise and food smells but otherwise pretty good. Not exactly ultra 5-star as it claims to be, but a solid non-themed, non casino hotel choice on the strip."

"Even though we booked with Paris we were pit in Versailles towers- quite far if you have to lug your luggage on carpet! It was almost like separate horse shoe casino.
They should have given detailed map of casino and restaurant and any shows.
Also, they took $50 security deposit for incidentals, we didn’t use any of it but one week after we have checked out there is no credit. It should have been within 24 hours.
So whole experience canaan’s as good as expected."

"Property was very clean. The very first thing that was frustrating was being told that they had a “welcome” gift for us and was immediately routed to the concierge desk for a sales pitch to be scheduled for another sales pitch. They seemed annoyed when I refused the offer. Went back a couple days later to try and purchase show tickets and got the same sales pitch. Hotel was great the concierge was a hassle"
