"The location of the property is superb, and staff was great. Appreciated an early check-in option, even with a fee. Housekeeping did not do such a good job though. We were down for daily cleaning, but they did not do that the first day. Called the second day to make sure they would clean. There wasn't a top sheet on either bed, and one of the blankets had some questionable matter on them. We asked for a remake, which they did on our last full day there, and one of those blankets had wads of hair on it. Pay closer attention, housekeeping. I would still return with an eye out for better service in this area."

"I think this property is one of the most under-rated hotels on the strip Las Vegas. - Check In, Meshan assisted me to check in while I had a problem with checking with the kiosk. - Asked for an upgrading the room, paid $25 or $30 per night to get a better room (I think this is a good method, purchase a cheap room via OTA, and then pay little bit extra per night to get a better room, meaning larger or more space, and possibly higher floor with a view. - Location, right in the middle, so I was able to go to the fashion show mall, the Horseshoe (Bally's), and Bellagio by walking. I will definitely visit there again. Thank you! "
