"My room was not clean upon arrival. I had to call the front desk and they sent some one up to clean."

"The property itself was great and the staff were excellent. Our room was not so great. The tub was filthy, all of the drains were clogged and unfortunately the A/C did not work properly. When it’s over 100 degrees outside you at least hope for a room with great A/C. For the price we paid I’m not sure if we will stay here again."

"I did express check-in and check-out, so I did not have any interactions with the Front Desk staff. I did have a man cleaning windows walk me all the way to the Uber pick-up location after asking him where it was. I appreciated it so much, considering I probably never would have found it on my own. The hotel was a breath of fresh air...literally. Whatever scent is being used in the rooms is wonderful. We could also barely smell the cigarette smoke when walking through the casino, which is a big...
