"Hotel was great, casino staff and bar very friendly
Did have one issue withe front desk gal, Mary, Went to desk day. Before leaving to verify that my name was on shuttle for airport….she was VERY rude. And had a terrible attitude. Maybe she should be in a different department where she doesn’t have to interact with people……
Gal that checked me in was awesome

"My stay was great! The cleaning service… the bar people… the food. All great, the receptionist could have been friendly but she wasn’t. Everyone else was great which is why I gave 4 starts and not 1 for staff and service. "
