The room itself was a real highlight, incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exactly what you would expect from a classic Las Vegas luxury hotel. "We stayed in a junior suite room. Full kitchen and plenty of space. Morning coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the center of the strip. MGM 4 blocks south and the Bellagio 4 blocks north. Really enjoyed the stay. "

"When I checked into my room, upon quick inspection, I discovered human feces by the toilet. I immediateley got the housekeeper who was cleaning the next room, showed her and she promptly disinfected the area. Over the course of the first hour, i discovered stains and a hair on the couch, smears on the mirrors and crumbs on the table. I asked for a room change and some sort of compensation and the gave me a free buffet and sent me over to the Wynn because they didn't have any more rooms in...

"Very kind and welcoming staff throughout the stay. A major advantage was the included parking, which is quite rare and very valuable for the area. The location was excellent and made getting around extremely easy. The hotel was a bit noisy, but still within acceptable limits. The rooms felt dated and the bathroom was very small, which affected the overall comfort. Overall, a decent stay with some strong positive points."

"Do not stay here if you are not a time share holder! You are treated like second class guests. Charles at the front desk was very rude when checking us in because we weren’t time share holders. He made the process difficult and unsatisfactory. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this!"
