It's probably a 0-Star and not a 3.5 Star
Rusty trash bins, White towels with brown stains ( Guess they were not washed) No slippers very dissorganized. Do not be deceived by the way it look in the pics

Keep shoes on!
Check-In was smooth. Place is a dump. When I opened the door a giant roach was on the pillow. Room was filthy. Felt like I was in a 4th world ghetto. 100% do not clean rooms after each guest.

房間和家具都非常缺乏維護 可以稱之為備品的東西只有一條毛巾一塊肥皂一包洗髮精 牆壁斑駁廁所有水漬 熱水器不管用 電視畫面也是快要壞掉的感覺 入住的時候沒有說明早餐或是退房時間等相關訊息， 收了稅金給了房卡就這樣而已 即使態度算是親切的 即時考慮到地段好價格便宜這兩個優點 性價比還是很低 我自己本身是從事飯店相關行業， 訂房很少看走眼。 然而這一次我真是 看走眼了。

Decepção Total!
Reservei este hotel única e exclusivamente por causa da localização ao lado do desembarque da viagem de ônibus de Singapura para Kuala Lumpur e no dia seguinte com acesso ao transporte express para o aeroporto internacional. O hotel esta caindo aos pedaços, cheira mal com cheiro de cigarro por todo o hotel inclusive no quarto. No pacote que fechei com a hotéis.com incluía o "Café da Manhã", quando cheguei fui informado que decidiram não servir o café da manhã porque é Ramadan. Total desrespeito ao cliente e ao pacote que foi comercializado. Não recomendo este hotel!

This is in the Bangladesh area, nice locals..
No facilities in the room...not even a kettle or small fridge.. Very cramped space in the room, no hot water... Do not go at Ramadan time! They didn’t even have breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included in our booking.. grudgingly gave us bread and jam..

位置很好
位置很好，出行方便，离阿罗街很近，但并不吵闹，购物餐饮也很方便，唯一的不足是没人懂点中文，当然他们都很友善，会努力和你沟通，还有早餐可以吃到十点，不用起早

遊ぶためだけの拠点であれば場所とコスパは最高
2017年10月初旬に一人で2泊しました。ブキッ・ビンタン駅から徒歩数分の繁華街の裏の地元住民の住居区域に入り混じったロケーション。■朝食：8am-10am メニューは一種類のみ写真添付。■設備：直前での格安料金だったためか、窓なし、ドライヤーなし。あったのは、ガラス製コップ、石鹸一個、シャンプー1袋、バスタオルのみ。■その他：チェックアウト後、フロントの倉庫の裏で荷物を預かってくれます。ただし、勝手に入れておいてという感じなので他の人の荷物と一緒に積み上げる感じなので、セキュリティ対策はしっかり。2泊したが、シャワーのお湯はかなりぬるくて我慢できるギリギリの温度。クレームを言えばよかったかもしれないが、面倒だったので我慢。2泊したが1泊目の夜は部屋掃除がなかった。 ひとり旅だったので、寝るだけであれば問題ないかと。快適さや居心地を求めるのであれば避けた方が無難。近くに欧米人が集中するバーが20軒ほど連なっている。マッサージ店も周囲にたくさん。

An enjoyable stay.
Perfect location in Bukit Bintang area,literally few steps away from the whole bunch of stores and eateries.Also,the KL Tower,the Convention Centre and the famous Petronas Towers are within 15-20 mins walk.The hotel itself is very nice,quiet and accommodating.The staff is nice and helpful.A little bite and a coffee/tea for breakfast.Room is small but nice,the bed comfortable,AC plus TV in a room.Water tank at every floor.

Great Staff. Very friendly and accomodating.
The rooms are small but the price reflects that. I just needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights and the staff were super friendly and eager to please. Location is great too. Only a 5 minute walk to the Jalan Anor restaurants, bars and shops.

Terrible Experinece
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't be fooled by the rate. It doesn't worth it. They charged me 500 Malaysian Rengit more for bringing a guest for one only night. It smelled so bad and the room size is so small that you can't even walk in your room.

街の中心だけど。。
料金がお安かったので、期待はしていませんでしたが、同料金帯のホテルでは一番いまいちでした。 夜にチェックインでしたが、ホテルまでにたどり着くのに、道で寝ている人はいるし、汚く、身の危険を感じました。 部屋も古く、清潔ではなかったです。

We were allocated this hotel on a mystery deal and it was not suited to us. The room was small, dirty and lacked most of the basic ammenities. No kettle in room. Bed linen and towels have certainly seen their day about two years ago. The shower, which is wall mounted in the middle of the bathroom had nothing to hold the head of the shower so it was difficult to shower without someone holding the shower head for you. PVC pipes were exposed in bathroom, drain hole for water was full of hair, scum and toilet paper. The window glass was filthy. It is a halal hotel so no alcohol was allowed on site. Breakfast is very basic, but edible.
Bathroom that's the shower in the middle with shower head hanging down the wall, holder broken.

Dirty looking grey tired linen that comes off the bed while you sleep cause sheets aren't filled.

Hôtel budget bien situé
Le grand avantage de cet hôtel est avant tout sa situation. Il est à une faible distance des tours Petronas et autres attraits. Il offre en plus un petit déjeuner simple. Ce n'est pas copieux mais cela dépanne.

가격대비 괜찮은 호텔
일단 위치는 부킷빈탕역에서 걸어서 10분? 잘란알로에서 5분거리입니다만 호텔까지 가는길이 많이 어둡습니다. 만약에 밤에 여자 혼자간다고 하면 쉽게 가지 못할정도의 어둠이라 생각합니다. 직원은 친철한데 생각보다 방이 많이 협소 합니다. 제가 묵었던방에 모기는 없었는데 바닥에 개미떼가 줄지어 다니고 작은 도마뱀도 있었습니다. 그때문인지 청결해보이지 않았습니다.

コスパの良いホテル
客室はあまり新しくは無く、快適度、部屋の広さもそれなりだが料金が安いので充分納得できる。設備も温水シャワー、冷房はちゃんと機能した。また立地も繁華街に近く便利なのだが、道が分かりづらく覚えるまでは苦労した。朝食無料だったので期待したのだが、始まるのが8時からだったので一回も利用できなかった。

The room was okay. There was no coffee, towels, water. Check in was so slow. Reception was kind of blur. Parking is very limited, and has been using by the hotel staff itself. Quite bad.

위치가 정말 좋습니다.
위치가 정말 기가 막혀요 부낏빈땅 모노레일역에서 숙소까지 한..5분안에 가려나요? 근처에 맥디 있구 뚜레쥬르빵집도 있고 파빌리온도 겁나 가까움ㅎㅎ 또 파빌리온에서 수리아까지 걸어갈수 있고 근처에 잘란 알로도 엄청 가깝다고 했찌만 가보지 않아모르구.. 직원분들도 겁나 친절함 ㅎ 어댑터 빌려 달라니 흔쾌히 주심 근데..체크인하는데 직원이 너가 혹시 전화로 이것저것 물어보던 한국이냐며 물어봄... 전화로 겁나 귀찮게 군 한국인이 있었나봄 ㅠㅠ 직접한국인에게 시달린 직원은.... 나랑은 전혀 대화를 하지않으려하고 걍 기다리라며 다른직원 불러옴...ㅠㅠ 아..대체 무슨대화를 나누신건가여?? 다른사람에게 피해는 주지말자구요..

Good hotel, good value
Good hotel! Perfect location. Breakfast ain't something to brag about, but. The rooms and location is really good. Rather go here then those just a little cheaper, much more value for money.
