"The EXCELLENT, which outweighed the not so great. The welcome tour and welcome drink. Beautiful white sandy beach and calm swimming area. No sargassum seaweed. The swim with the turtles. The lounge area by pool and beach. Great view of the sea and no issue getting lounge chairs. Fresh milk in the fridge for coffee. Our lobster and lamb chops entrees and the smoked fish at

"Our stay was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful and more than comfortably fit our family of 4. The pool, beach and grounds were beautiful as well. There are many excellent restaurants very close to the resort. I would highly recommend it!"

"The hotel grounds were lovely and the food at all meals was excellent. However, the majority of staff had a poor attitude and overall service was poor. Our room was in need of refurbishment, especially the bathroom, where we needed to call out maintenance on three occasions in six days. The hotel was quite isolated with no where nearby, although the free shuttle service was fairly frequent during the day."
