"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"

"This place was great, we were in Madrid during a heat wave and we were very thankful for a a/c that worked. This place is also in a great location of the city center. Easy to get to by subway or public transportation. Staff was extremely helpful!!"

"If you are transiting through Madrid airport, this is the perfect hotel. The shuttle (to and from T4) is prompt and quick. Hotel itself is brand new with modern facilities. The rooftop bar and pool is an added plus, with lovely sunrise and sunset views. It's walking distance to some highly rated restaurants in Valdebebas (an up and coming industrial and residential neighborhood). Grocery store's across the street. I walked along the esplanade right outside and enjoyed the Monk parakeets and...

"Close to metro and high speed train station. Clean room but small - excellent shower and AC. Gym on site very useful. Seventh floor restaraunt was top notch (unfortunately too hot to outside in seventh floor patio). Staff all around were very helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops or take transit to tourist sites."
