Hotel murah di Soto del Real

"Toilet was not working when we arrived, we let front desk know, so mantainance guy showed up they said fixed work one time and did not work again, terrible experience!! The hotel is nice miser classic of a innside"

"Upon my arrival, it was a rocky start. The male staff who checked us in, was very unwelcoming and rushed us through the process. We did have a few issues and three room changes due to issues in the room from poor air conditioning, and etc. We were even stuck in the elevator. It stopped went dark and had to use my flashlight off my cell phone start pushing different buttons and finally got the elevator to work and the light to go back on. What made my review go from a definitely a one star and...

"Clean room"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, but you cannot trust gps to get you to the door. Had to drive in reverse to get out of the narrow street ( police are very helpful). Gal at the front desk was not helpful with parking (even though I requested it was not made available. The gentleman in the morning shift was extremely rude. The AC in the room was sub standard (and I mean by Spain standards)"

"The staff were great and I appreciated the early check in. Breakfast was also great. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that seemed to be coming through the vents from the room above. They should look at blocking it off because it was a strong smell, as if someone had been smoking in my room."

"I was awakened at 12.20am by the guest next door slamming his door. I rang Reception and they said they would have a word with him. That didn't work. The next night he woke me up at 4.30am. I rang Reception: the receptionist said they couldn't hear the door slam (I was on the 5th floor). When I insisted, they moved me to a room that was badly in need of refurbishment. They have not yet agreed to refund me for the two sleepless nights, despite admitting that the behaviour of the guest next door...

"It is located 15 mins drive away from the airport. It’s in a nice small town with restaurants and cafes, so it’s nice that you can walk around and not stuck in the airport area only. But, one thing that I wish Expedia warned us on the listing is that they don’t offer shuttle bus service on weekends. So, we had to order an uber and paid 25 euros to get over there:(.Pool and jacuzzi were nice and the staff were kind. It’s right off highway but safe to walk around and it’s peaceful. Just watch out...

"Beautiful and big hotel. Nice balcony. Amazing views from everywhere. Easy parking. Good restaurant. Bed and pillows were not super comfortable however. High class. Not too far from city center."
