"Kind staff"

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"The staff are exceptional - it’s a great hotel with modern rooms, secure, good location. We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. A really enjoyable stay. "

"It has an excellent location close to Barajas airport. The restaurant specializes in burgers, there are no stores or bars near the place but the bar in the hotel is really good. They has available transportation to airport but subject to availability. So try to be early in the counter and request the service if not call a taxi. "

"Perfect choice for me. Location was ideal. I could walk to everything easily. Hotel was stunning, clean and well managed. I was concerned about noise because of location but beautiful built older building with solid wood doors took care of that completely. "
