Very happy with everything!

Friendly staff there welcoming you, rooms are small but clean and modern and super quiet! We slept really good! Location is great with metro next to it! Many restaurants in the area and shops to buy food!

Shared bathroom design was not great, no soap or hand towels, and the shower leaks all over the floor. Other than that, great hotel and great staff in a great location.

Absolutely fantastic, clean location and very kind stuff… but no Tv in the room, coffee machine on 1st floor was broken and ate my 1.5 euro, no breakfast options, the large LED cove light strip started to flash as a disco lamp after 10 min on which can trigger some light sensitive individuals, common toilets on common floors had no soap…. Also, had some issues with website check in via email…Would have been nice to know that location is still under construction ahead. Apart from minor op issues, it a good place to stay.

Brand new Hotel. The vibe gives Hostel plus. Sleak shared lounges with rooftop and shiny furnishings. Front desk staff A +, Still working out the kinks, such as Housekeeping and water in certain areas. Willing to give it a pass. Launching a hotel isn’t easy. Will check it out again in the near future. Should do well. Great for the area. Keep up the good work! B -

Room was clean and pretty but very basic. No complementary water or coffee. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin and only had 2 for a queen bed. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t get our room tidied up or the toilet paper / towels replaced. The building itself is very beautiful and a good location. However the noise from the hallway was quite loud as our room was close to the lift and stairs. The price is quite high for what the room is but everything in Madrid is very overpriced.

The staff were really excellent - extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. We arrived very early, exhausted, and were allowed to check-in early free of charge. 10/10 for the staff. The housekeeping standard is high and the room was very clean. The bed was rock hard though - very very uncomfortable even for us who like a firm mattress. The bed was so hard it effected sleep badly so we would not return. Very bad smell of sewage in the lift throughout our stay. The bathroom was very cramped with tiny sink. It was quite expensive for what it was for our particularly nights (€145 per night). Big thanks to staff for thier excellent service, but the bed is a deal breaker.
