Hotel Butik di Madrid

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"This hotel was great. It is ideally located; just the right distance to key tourist sights, and with just the right amount of buzz and serenity. The smaller room was still just right for a couple, the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was efficient and to a high standard. The place has a lot of charm, including a rooftop for drinks and escaping the heat. Easy access to everything without compromising privacy and a calm stay."
