From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, welcomed us with free drinks, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away...
