"Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good."

"Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay."

"Nice place, 5 minutes walking distance from the subway, near the Rayo Vallecano stadium (for the ones who like the Spanish soccer league). Communication with the property management is not that simple neither fast since they use an automated phone system. Also they should leave a blanket and more pillows available. Otherwise everything else is great there! I recommend "

"We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by. "

"The apartment was comfortable and located at walking distance of several points of interests, although location is not pristine. Everything needed for my stay was provided. Communication was not great, there were problems at check-in and also problems with the access code which were not readable to start with and did not work until they were changed twice, that part was not great."
