"The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. "The staff are first rate. Due to no fault of the hotel night work was carried out right next to our window and on the second night of our stay. A crane was employed all night with the construction lighting impacting the room even with curtains drawn. The noise of the crane and the loud conversations continued all night.
