I love this hotel because it is always centrally located for my needs, and I now feel at home whenever I stay here. The property is very convenient, as I work just a 10-minute walk away. It is also close to the metro, making it easy to access everything Madrid has to offer. I enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of options and lots of fresh produce. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The most important thing about the hotel is its location. Close to Madrid-downtown and the airport. Convenient in all aspects. Trains, buses, restaurants, shops. Staff very helpful, the breakfast very inclusive for the price. the rooms are spacious and clean. Two items which I kind of dislike about the hotel but they are not killers. First, the A/C on the room couldn't be shutoff completely and the elevators situation. This is my third time staying at this hotel and in all three occasions, one of the elevators is out of service. This makes the waiting time a bit exhausting. Other than that, it's well worth it.

Stayed for one night so I didnt spend a lot of time in the room. For noting, the only English speaking TV channels were news programmes. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning if plan to spend more time in the hotel. On arrival hotel front of house were helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and bright and the shower was a great temperature. There is a McDonald's next door and there seemed to be more food places around the corner but I didnt look. Otherwise not sure what was around Metro as mentioned is right outside and it was about 35 to 40 mins to Gran Via/Sol area but very easy and direct. On Sunday they have a market right outside the hotel and in addition there was a great bakery underground near hotel/to the right hand entrance of the metro -hard to explain but amazing creme croissant

Went to roof top terrace for food and drinks twice. Both times the same server seemed disinterested in his job. Really stood out from all the other hotel staff who were excellent.
