"Beautiful hotel. Great value. Great amenitiies. Check in on 7/14 was slow but this may be due to later check in around 10:45 pm. Hotel staff was all smiles with four or five people walking around and noone seemed to be in a hurry but this may have been due to a change in shift. Check out at 5:45 am to catch first free airport shuttle which left promptly at 6:00 am and got to Terminal 2 (after dropping off those at Terminal 1) around 6:17 am. Flight left at 7 am but I still made it. Madrid Barajas security was very efficient in early am."
