"The room was suitable for my stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good, but the extractor fan either was not functioning or was not very effective. The television was unreliable, but the room was clean, and I enjoyed my stay."

"Lovely two night stay.Hotel very clean with great amenities Breakfast good with choices and great cooked food.Ate in restaurant one night and bar the next and very happy with both Staff from reception to waiters and to cleaners all helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend .Large carpark with overnight cost Hotel in walking distance of centre of Chester

"Lovely very clean room with everything you would expect, helpful staff at check in, great choices at breakfast, english, continental, cereals, fruit all fresh. Parking bit hit miss dependent upon how booked hotel is but usually clears early evening. Very handy for trips into York , handy bus stop right outside with great services."

"Excellent hotel with lots of facilities. The 2 pools, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were excellent. Overall fantastic stay, barring my neighbour with his/her TV on quite loud until 1am. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, although no fried or poached eggs. Great stay overall."
