"I have always liked the flamingo when I have stayed there. But, this time in the suite the phones (X3) did not dial out to be able to call housekeeping. I had to go down to the lobby. A supervisor on duty told me it is a federal law phones have to work in rooms for guest. Since, they weren't working I may have to move and they don't have any suites. First, if it is a federal law phones have to work, how many guest prior to our stay have been in that room and the phones doesn't work. Second,...

"Excellent Hotel. Room were cleaned. Did not get Sphere view as expected but the hotel made up for it. If you're in Vegas, be careful with the scams outside on the street."

"After checking in, my sister & I were stuck in the elevator, at 11th floor. We were stuck for 47 minutes! Their elevator service is on-call & not on premises. Staff left a message. I said I am claustrophobic & my anxiety was getting worse by the minute. Then they called the fire dept. They got us out at 47 minutes! They comped resort fees & some food. But nothing on our room! A manager told me "being stuck in an elevator is daily." Will not stay at Sahara again."
