"The hotel is promoting guests to try and check in by themselves using kiosks. I saw that a lot of people were struggling and the line up to be attended to by actual hotel staff was always super long. I stayed in the newly renovated room in the resort tower which gave you a view of luxor and mandalay bay. The buffet closes around 2pm and doesn't even open for dinner. They have restaurants and a food court there but everything is overpriced in general. The bed and pillow were great to sleep...

"Room was clean, but all basic things are not free, you have to pay for everything, not like other hotels. Internet is bad, interrupt multiple times and only allow 2 devices. Water, lotion, soap, tool brush or all personal stuffs are too expensive inside hotel, if you can step outside by corner which 100ft away, price is less than 1/4 or 1/5 at CVS store"

"Recently stayed at the SAHARA Las Vegas and overall had a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to adding an extra day to my stay with no issues. The food was definitely one of the highlights.
