"Reception staff were friendly and accomodating. Frederick gave us offer from the tower. Staff from Chi restaurant also provided us a room to celebrate a special event. Only downside is toiletries were not fully refilled upon check in. Towels were alo not provided according to number of guest. Pillows can also be provided at least 2 per guest. We booked a room with 4 guest and only provided 6 pillows. Conditioner bottle were also empty. Lotion is very limited good for 1 person only. I hope you can provide enough toiletries good for at least 2 nights of stay."

"Great hotel. Had terraced room with fountain view, great to have balcony to sit and enjoy views. Lots of places to eat around hotel and indoor bridge links to Bellagio and Aria hotels. Check in takes a while but it is such a busy place. Clean room and friendly staff."

"Clean room and casino. Great shops and dining. The elevators need work and more staff at the hotel check in counter."

"The rooms are a bit shabby and need a deep clean and a coat of paint. The tubs are shallow. The casino has a very weird perfume/chlorinated fountain smell. Had to have the air conditioning filter changed as it was preventing cooling due to being dirty. Asked to remove the minibar and got charged for it. Had to ask for more pillows (there were only two in the room) That said, really appreciated the location on the strip, the fridge and it was quiet for sleeping. The Cheri rooftop restaurant was lovely. Check in was long but front desk agents were very kind. "
