"We have always stayed with Delta Hotel in Bexleyheath. Fantastic establishment clean smell fantastic when you enter the hotel. Staff are always polite and courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean and smell nice. Love this place."

"Fundamentally, it's a hostel with lockers big enough to sleep in. It's an incredibly nice, clean hostel with very nice self-service amenities, especially for the price, but you'll hear the people in the bunks adjacent to you and see people in various states of trying to sleep or relax in their pods. The pods are clever with storage but it's still very scarce, especially in the single pods. Pros: Fantastic location on a pedestrian street steps off the Elizabeth line and Oxford Street....

"Super convenient and beautiful location. I stayed in room 450 which appears to be an older part of this hotel. The room was small and dated. The security bar on the door was broken. The view immediately outside the window looked out on a balcony which was littered with vape discards. Other colleagues showed rooms that were more modern and spacious though. Perhaps reno coming soon. Carpet was stained. Hot water and bed and bath cleanliness were excellent."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are like prison cells. My room had urine on the floor, dirty towels and an unmade bed. There is not even a chair in the room, no services provided, one roll of toiletpaper for four days, the only vending machine that worked when I arrived was a condom vending machine - no water available, no food. Everyroom in the hotel has no windows. Scores of other patrons were devastated upon seeing the rooms on their arrival. This hotel...

"Clean hotel, staff mostly helpful. Didn’t realize when I booked that I got a windowless room, so be careful with that. Then someone else open the door to my room while I was in there, because I think they were accidentally assigned the same room. The worst part was the green LED on the ceiling that lit up the whole room while I was trying to sleep, so note that if you like it dark. Overall I recommend if you’re in a bind or tight on money, but otherwise go somewhere else."

"Lovely location. Room a bit dated and not always in a charming or characterful way - e.g. brown patterned carpet, likely from the 1980s. At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"

"The Strand Palace is at an awesome location for guests that plan on exploring the city. Also close to great food areas and in the middle of the Theater district. Comfortable beds, clean restrooms and hot showers! The bar, breakfast area and attached restaurant are all very convenient."

"Le meilleur buffet déjeuner que j’ai vu. Un choix de nourriture variée et excellent. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Le lit très confortable et les commodités de la salle de bain vraiment très bien. De plus aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des autres chambres ne nous a dérangé. L’emplacement est excellent à 5 minutes de marche de la station Victoria où on peut prendre le train ou le métro. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel."
