"Selve hotellet var fint - gode senge.
Restauranten ifm. hotellet var mangelfuld. Jeg rejste med børn der drikker varm cacao - men maskinen var i stykker og havde været det længe. Mangler i morgenmadsbuffet! Ifølge personalet var de løbet tør dagen før !
Baren var nærmest ikke eksisterende -"

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable after a long day spent sightseeing. The A/C was most definitely a plus as they were having warmer temperatures than normal while we were there."

"This hotel is outstanding. Wonderful, helpful staff. Thoughtful amentities (like worldwide adapters in the hotel rooms). Upscale, with a luxurious spa and indoor pool. Excellent location close to sights (London Eye and Big Ben) and many restaurants. Delicious full breakfast and a very nice hotel bar. Was sad to leave and already planning our return!"

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and...

"It's a very customer specific model. I'll never stay there again, but for some people for a few days (or maybe TWO days, max) it could work very well. Location can't be beat for culture vultures."

"El personal es una maravilla, con buena ubicación ya que caminas 2 calle sobre el Támesis y visualizas el Big Ben y el London Eye.
También nos ofrecieron un apoyo ambiental que consiste en que no te hagan la limpieza y te dan un regalo. En mi caso solo llego a dormir, todo el día visitando lugares de interes"
