"Nice shower and comfortable bed. Refrigerator door looks terrible and lights in front area not bright enough for reading. Found a small ant in the bedding in master bedroom and quilt had stains in it. Traded it with one from the other bedroom. Grounds were well kept. Price was fair."

"The room was run down but overall clean. The stairs were falling off of the cottage and needed to be nailed back on. The property did not look like what it showed on Expedia. It needed some TLC. The room was overall clean but certain parts were not. Our weather turned a bit cold while we were there and we wanted to turn on the heat but it was so dirty we chose not to. The location is great. The photo showed that the ocean was closer than it was- it was deceiving. Sadly I wouldnt recommend...

"The owner is very kind and the check in process is smart; you follow him up the hill to your cottage so no confusion as to where to park and stuff. The location and view is STUNNING, 10/10. I found the cottage itself and the amenities a bit basic and outdated. If you take only the cottage in consideration (without the view), I wouldn't pay what I paid to stay there. "The location was great as we were travelling to Algonquin park. The cabin was fine, looks like it was recently updated. Seemed fairly clean, except the fan in the bathroom was laden with dust. The couch was very uncomfortable and the beds were adequate. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was not in working order. They had lots of watercraft that was included and a barbecue. The sauna I think was working but not on when I went to use it. The owners were friendly and helpful."
