Location, location. location...The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was just a few blocks from everything. The rooms and hotel were just okay. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm (we traveled in December), but the room could use a little maintenance. We had a corner room with plenty of windows, but not the great views we expected (mainly the buildings across the street). The staff was friendly. The only complaint, and it is a big one, is the elevators, or lack there of. There are not enough elevators to serve the number of rooms and guests. This often meant waiting in line for the elevator, up and down. Because of the elevator issue, I would probably not recommend this hotel.

Room was ok not too big . Front desk Receptionist wasn’t that helpful no information nothing just handed over key . I request for crib there wasn’t any crib .

Loved this hotel! I was a little skeptical, after reading mixed reviews, but I am so glad that I went with my gut and booked it. This is one of the BEST hotels in this area, especially for the price! It is centrally located to EVERYTHING. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to visit (5th Avenue area for shopping, central park, you name it) and only took an Uber back to the hotel, because we shopped until we dropped! The hotel staff were so friendly, accommodating and fun! Seriously, we had a great time chatting with the bartenders, who made the best drinks, as well as the staff working in the lobby area. The room was very nice and spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I just wanted to sleep for hours. I found the perfect parking garage located a half a block away for $30 overnight parking. I reserved the spot through a parking app and am so glad that I did. Otherwise, the parking would have been $68 a night. All-in-all, you will not find a better hotel in this area for the price, accessibility to everything, and a very comfortable stay. I would also like to mention that we did not experience anything we read in the unfavorable reviews about this hotel. People complained about the elevators not working or taking a long time to come, but they immediately opened every time we were ready to get on. The hotel staff stated that during the holiday rush, it was extremely busy, so with a fully booked hotel, the elevators were working overtime!

The rooms were spotless, the location was perfect. Emmanuel aka Manny was the front desk clerk, he was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, friendly and he went out of his way to my stay great!

*AVOID* We stayed 5 days. They charged me 2 smoking feels totaling 1100+ dollars for two different days. We don't smoke. I called them tried to get in touch with someone. The front desk said she was transferring me to management and transferred me to a DIFFERENT HOTEL. They transferred me back and I got voicemail. I tried emailing, calling, calling Expedia because thats who I booked with. Expedia said they filed a dispute and it was denied. All I was sent was an invoice from the front desk lady who said she couldn't see it only have someone send it. I am going to fight to the death over this one. I have filled with BBB, OAG, DCP, DCWP, and the FTC. I will file with my CC when it stops pending. Not to mention the AC does not work in the winter, we were HOT the air was stale, cleaners kept turning off the ventilation fans while we were gone all day. I had to buy a box fan and diffuser to provide some life to the air in the room. The phone didn't work, only speakerphone. The toilet flusher came off the chain, luckily I know how to fix that, and they were extremely stingy with towels. Oh one more thing. I called to see if we could get some silverware, they said no even though I offered to come get it from one of the restaurants or coffee bar Still no. Had to walk 2 blocks in ~30 degree weather. Chromecast also required an hour of troubleshooting because it was hooked up wrong behind the tv and also kept going out.

I arrived to my room and noticed I had no soap, no shower curtain and pubic hair in the bathtub. I called their guest services 4x and waited almost 5 hours (10:00pm) to finally have a curtain put on. It was my first time at this hotel and I am very disappointed.

Location was fantastic but we did not have hot water during most of our stay. It works during the day when no one else is taking a shower but not in the mornings when most people need to shower. We literally took luke warm to cold showers. We called maintenance but no one ever came. The sound between rooms are also pretty bad. I went with my teenage sons and we ended up hearing room next door having sex for hours…which made our stay super awkward.

Room was clean. Wasn’t but three towels and one wash cloth when we got there. One of the mattress needs to be replaced. Staff was great. Didn’t have breakfast. Which is always good when on vacation.

Room service was so poor, there was never shampoo available, I had to go out and ask for it, neither body wash. There was no welcome bottle of water or something, could be a nice detail.

Room was clean, slightly drafty. Concierge was fantastic. Matt helped with dinner and sightseeing ideas. Staff was kind and helpful. I would have liked water glasses in the room.

Upon arrival, our room was not available despite it being within the stated check-in window. When we were finally able to check in, the hotel was operating with only one working elevator, which resulted in long waits and overcrowded rides to our floor. While the room was an acceptable size, it was not clean. There was visible mold in both the sink and the shower, and we were not provided with the correct number of towels or washcloths. Had we had other options, we would have left immediately. I rarely leave detailed reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience so future guests know what to expect. I strongly recommend not booking this property.

Staff is limited. Check in took forever. Only one elevator worked out of 4. The room was booked for people and only two towels were provided. Took two nights to get pillows and towels requested. The paint is chipping in the room. The mirror was falling apart. Looked unsafe. Trash all over the lobby restaurant floors and tables.

Room was very cold. Heat was completely off when we arrived. Bathroom tile was cold the whole stay. And the worst part was the poor elevators. Waited too long. PPO: very close to everything. Time Square, 5th ave shopping etc….

There was no breakfast offered. At 4am the first night we were there we were woken up by the fire alarm. We were told to disregard this went on for 2hrs. There was no hot water the first two Days. One out of two of the elevators was working(making it a long time to go up to the room and down) When notifiying staff about the water situation. They said someone would be up soon. No one ever came. Thank goodness we finally had hot water in the morning.
