"Room was nicely clean, staff was so helpful and clear, balcony wasn’t open for our stay so I wasn’t charged for the upgrade and was able to still get a room with a view(of the Empire State Building, Madison square garden, penn station) MSG was kiddy corner from the hotel New Yorker. Everything you need is around you. We would definitely stay here again. Hotel is beautiful. You just have to stay her to feel this beautiful experience we had. "

"Der erste Kontakt war leider etwas enttäuschend. Die Dame beim Check-in wirkte direkt so, als würden wir sie stören, obwohl wir lediglich einchecken wollten. Danach hatten wir kaum Kontakt mit dem Personal. Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen gab es aber einige Kleinigkeiten auf dem Tisch beim Fenster waren noch Flecken und auf dem Fenstersofa lag tatsächlich ein Stück Käse. "Nice hotel in a good location. The room was small but comfortable. There was always someone at the front desk and they were very helpful."

"The room was central to Times Square and close to different types of restaurants and stores, so a great location. Rooms were small, could've been cleaned a little better and the bed could've been more comfortable. Too much smoking going on in the non smoking rooms but that's not the hotel that's inconsiderate customers. View was really nice, would stay again."

"Largest space I ever stayed in New York. Very spacious and clean. It felt like an apartment than hotel: if you are looking for fancy this is not your place. It’s clean and has lots of space. Worth the money. The lobby needs to improve, it felt like a diner than a hotel lobby. But if you are looking for just a place to stay, forget the lobby."
