Felt safe the entire time and was great place to stay for the price. The staff was great and definitely ask them about a car service from and to the airport. $65 and was picked up in a brand new yukon that was very nice. Loved this trip"

"Friendly staff. Great recommendations for dining out. Our A/c was broken and they responded with a standup unit that was not acceptable as it was SO noisy. But then they sent up an engineer who fixed it. I would recommend staying on a low floor- the elevators are small and congested!"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay in NYC. Location was great and close to subway stations to get around the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend staying at this hotel!"

"The room is small but very clean, the hotel is on a side street,so it is not very loud at night,like other hotels that I've stayed at in NYC. The hotel is in a good location ,and pretty close to the subway. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I loved the free breakfast,there was a lot to choose from and different things every morning. I also loved the free coffee ,cookies, water and wine! I would stay here again."
