"The room was clean and comfortable, though small with limited storage space. My only "complaint" is that steam from the shower set off my fire alarm - which continued to blare for nearly an hour and a half, so I had to be super cautious about not letting any steam get near it again (opening the window, cranking up the fan on the thermostat to keep the air moving...)"

"The self check-in kiosks were down both days, so the checking in line at the small desk was very long at times. The 4th floor withe restaurant and other public spaces was roomy and comfortable. Large rooftop lounge and bar very nice as well. Good buffet breakfast was basic but good for $22. My small, solo room was compact but comfortable- however, no fridge for this room category."

"Well, i had been at this location few times by myself, having a significant spacious room with a comfortable bathroom. On this ocassion i came with gf and the room wasn't spacious enough, especially the bathroom, without any space for both toiletries. I requested at the check in time, an upper top floor room with more space but seems it wasn't "available" It surely won't change my mind for future visits due to the centric spot of the hotel but would like a bit more consideration for a loyal...

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."
