"The hotel was genuinely amazing. It was quiet at night, the staff were so kind and friendly and welcoming, and super helpful whenever I had a question. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfy and the pillows were just the right firmness. They even offered tide pods to use the washing machines! "Great location. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the use of the USB charging port in the clock for phone charging without the need for adaptors. Shower was warm enough and spacious with plenty of towels and towelling robes. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the Doorman Carl was great. Only real downside was the dreadful breakfast which had been our primary reason to book. We had expected it to be so good having read reviews but the included breakfast menu...

"Visited Manhattan for the first time in April 2026 and decided to stay at this Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York. Overall I'll call it a very good experience, and would potentially stay there again. Very convenient to the common mid-town attractions, including the Herald Square subway station. There is a nice steakhouse restaurant connected to the hotel that we chose not to eat at. Also, we opted out of the breakfast package, so I cannot comment on it. But in general, the room and common...
