"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Charging a resort fee without offering actual resort-style amenities felt misleading and unjustified. The room itself had multiple issues — the sink was clogged, there were no accessible outlets near the bed, and despite being assigned a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
