"Room small, which we knew beautiful views of the city we paid extra for put the bathrooms really need plumbing work… shower would go burning hot to ice cold every 10 seconds…also they charge you an extra $50 for their facility charges when you arrive"

"Our room was very humid to the point where my comforter was damp to the touch.
The shower did not drain well and if you took a shower for longer than 5 min the bathroom flooded.
Overall not impressed with our room. However the rooftop, bar, restaurant, lobby, sitting areas were all great!"
