"Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price."

"Everything was wonderful but when you walked into hotel there was a horrible stench. There should be a refreshing scent put through the filters.
And our room air conditioner made a noise every time it went in for the first 5 minutes."
