"The Knickerbocker was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! The room was clean, had complimentary water available each day, plenty of towels, and bathrobes! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, Gania was our server and was very friendly and kind! The only real critique was there were no hangers on the wall for towels/umbrellas/wet raincoats. "Our air conditioning died on the third night. We contacted the front desk and they sent a guy up to change the filter. They said they were booked solid and couldn’t move us but would move us the next morning. No sorry no offering something to make it better. We went down in the morning to inquire about our move.
