"We were checked on every day and the desk staff were more than friendly! They made my grandson and I feel like royalty! That is not an exaggeration! Upon checkout they gave my grandson a toy and they gave us a care package of water and snacks for our trip! The remarkable part of our interaction was that they did it with so many people coming and going. This is the busiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Thank you for this stay. We’ll be back!!"

"1) We arrived at the hotel after 24 hours of travel and all we wanted was a hot shower but there was no hot water. A maintenance man came to our room and within 15 minutes he fixed the problem and we had hot water.
