"Excellent location, great staff - tiny bathroom and noisy heater - and blinds wouldn’t roll up on one window, but overall a great value for the $$. "The staff was very friendly. The room had a view of the city and all of the basics were there. The room had an efficient layout but no space to relax (except bed or desk chair). "We stay there each time we come to NYC. Staff very good. Half of a glass door in shower is cold. Do not like the new $20.00 service fee per day. That’s a lot for two small bottles of water. "Front desk staff was very helpful especially after our flight got cancelled at 1am and we had to book a last minute hotel. Value for the hotel is good. Bell man Joseph was very nice and helpful in getting a taxi into the city.
